Larry and Lucy
Two devoted sheep. Larry arthritic with walking difficulties spent most of his time on his knees. Lucy stands braced and ready to butt anybody who comes near to her Larry.
When the artist first sat down to sketch the sheep, Lucy made it impossible. On the advice of the owner Loring came back with a bag of melon rinds. From then on sheep and artist were the best of friends.
